Nouns Like SaviorI used to sit on the sidewalk waiting for something to happen. Everyday little accidents would occur at my feet, but nothing was substantial enough to snap me out of it. I watched ants parade through the cracks in the cement, collecting the crumbs of forgotten fast food. I watched as millions of people scurried by, too busy to pay attention to the rhythmic tap tap of their shoes and too preoccupied to even realize that they were making beautiful music. I watched absent-minded children lose their toys and I studied the hands of the observant ones who found them later. I was in a trance of nouns: people, places, things, and IDEAS IDEAS IDEAS!
